Abstract:
Nowadays, internet use has become an integral part of our daily lives. The Internet has dramatically revolutionized many different fields. It has become a global means of communication in our everyday lives. People use the internet for various purposes such as communication, entertainment, shopping, research, and social networking. Web Communication is the collection of ways to communicate over the Internet or the World Wide Web with other people. To fulfill the requirements of their residents with ease especially for immobilized and vision impairment governments offer their services through websites. The website should be easily accessible and usable so that the user could easily achieve their goal. To evaluate whether the website is usable to their user there are many evaluation methods. Nielson’s heuristics is one of the evaluation method for websites. In the present work the government of KPK’s five website evaluated through manual assessment by using Nielson’s heuristics.
